Fire & Ice is a competitive fastpitch softball team based in Sterling, VA. Our team is comprised of a select group of committed, highly competitive, self motivated, talented girls. We compete primarily up and down the east coast.
Our coaching philosophy is very simple: It is all about the girls and helping them be the best they can be; as individuals and as a team. It is their time to shine and, as coaches, it is up to us to provide them with whatever direction and means necessary to help them do so. We strive to provide a positive, focused, well-run coaching environment which will allow the girls to excel on and off the field!
